张一帆，博士，研究员,硕士生导师。目前主要从事图像与视频分析、人体动作识别、机器学习等方面的研究。已在IEEE T-PAMI、IEEE T-IP、IEEE T-MM等权威期刊和ICCV、CVPR、IJCAI、MM等国际会议上发表论文三十余篇。2014年入选耀世娱乐青年创新促进会。现为IEEE、ACM、中国计算机学会等学术团体会员，中国计算机学会计算机视觉专委会委员，AVS国家标准工作组数字媒体内容描述组联合组长，IEEE1857.6标准工作组联合组长。
